DIAGNOSTIC RADIOLOGIST

Our organization is excited to present a career opportunity for a General Diagnostic Radiologist, with a preferred emphasis on Body Radiology. Candidates should be Board Certified or Board Eligible and ideally have a keen interest in academic pursuits and teaching. This role primarily involves daytime shifts.

The Valleywise Health Medical Center (VHMC) is a community-focused hospital that sees around 20,000 inpatient admissions each year. As a level one Burn/Trauma center, it serves as the essential safety net hospital for Maricopa County, located in the metropolitan area of Phoenix, AZ.

We provide a comprehensive Radiology practice that encompasses all modalities. Our Radiology team also serves as academic faculty for the Creighton University Radiology Residency Program, which is a collaborative initiative between VHMC and Dignity Health. Faculty appointments are available through our academic affiliations with both the Creighton University School of Medicine and the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix.

This position entails employment with our organization, which consists of over 450 physicians in a multi-specialty group dedicated to delivering patient care and education for VHMC.
