Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Experience:

• 18 months of experience with 3 months within the last 12 months.

• 18 months of Telemetry Unit experience.

• 6 months of Epic experience is required.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a Ohio license or compact license (required after submission).

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 12 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

• 12 months gap required between for Per Diem at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic and no current placement allowed at Program: Qualivis Program - Cleveland Clinic.

Required Skills/Experience: Clinicians must have at least 18 months of permanent full-time staff experience in the specialty applying to prior to having ever traveled. Minimum of 18 months recent MS/Tele experience.

Special Requests: All RTO to be discussed during interview and must be included at time of submission. Engagements are limited to 18 consecutive months. Assignment length may vary: 20 weeks to provide winter coverage; 13 weeks also accepted at this time.
