Salary: $100,000–$130,000 per year , depending on experience and qualifications

Location: Bismarck, ND

This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for an experienced finance professional who enjoys partnering with executives, improving business operations, and helping shape the future of a growing, multi-location company.

You'll serve as a key member of our leadership team, providing strategic financial guidance while overseeing accounting operations, forecasting cash flow, and supporting company-wide decision-making. What You'll Do

• Lead the company's accounting and financial reporting functions
• Oversee the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close process
• Ensure accurate, timely financial statements and reporting
• Develop and maintain financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term projections
• Manage cash flow, liquidity planning, and forecasting within a leasing-based business model
• Build integrated forecasts across the income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow
• Strengthen internal controls, accounting processes, and operational efficiencies
• Partner with executive leadership to provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations
• Support store operations with meaningful financial insights and performance metrics
• Provide leadership and oversight for the Accounting, HR, and IT teams
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA strongly preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting leadership experience
• Experience managing accounting functions within a multi-location organization
• Background supporting businesses with multiple revenue streams, including leasing, sales, and inventory
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to mentor and develop teams
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in a privately held company or ESOP environment is a plus
