Pay Rate: $21/hour

Shift: 5am 3:30pm Mon-Fri

What's a typical day as Compounder? You'll be:

• Weighing and preparing ingredients according to formulas and written procedures using calibrated equipment
• Operating and sanitizing manufacturing equipment to produce product batches such as lotions, creams, shampoos, soaps, and drinks
• Using drum manipulators, pumps, tanks, and mixers to combine and process ingredients
• Drawing product samples for lab testing and verifying batch records
• Identifying and correcting incorrectly prepared batches
• Maintaining cleanliness and safety in the compounding area
• Safely operating a forklift to transport materials within the department
• Assisting with packaging, lab operations, and performing minor facility and equipment repairs as needed
• Complying with all company SOPs, safety guidelines, and OSHA requirements

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

• Have a high school diploma or GED (required)
• Bring at least 1 year of compounding experience (required)
• Have 1 year of manufacturing experience (preferred)
• Can read and write English to follow formulas and procedures accurately
• Are able to accurately convert measurements and perform basic math
• Are physically able to lift up to 50 pounds, stand and move for extended periods, and use ladders
• Have basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry) and familiarity with inventory systems (RF Gen preferred)
• Are willing and able to be trained in safe forklift operation if not already certified
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail, adaptability, problem-solving, and a team-focused attitude
