Job Title: Small Pack Operations Manager - Split Shift
Location: Whitsett, NC 27377
Pay rate: $35/hr on W2.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Small Pack Operations Manager to oversee high-volume e-commerce fulfillment operations.
This role is responsible for leading daily production activities, including picking, kitting, packing, labeling, and shipping, while ensuring safety, quality, productivity, and on-time order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily warehouse and fulfillment operations across multiple shifts.
Lead supervisors, team leads, and production staff.
Monitor productivity, quality, safety, and shipping performance.
Coordinate with Inventory, Shipping, Receiving, Quality, and Engineering teams.
Drive process improvements and resolve operational issues.
Utilize SAP, EWM, or other Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to track performance.

Qualifications:

Experience in warehouse, distribution, production, or e-commerce fulfillment leadership.
Knowledge of high-volume picking, packing, and shipping operations.
Experience managing multiple shifts and leading teams.
SAP, EWM, or WMS experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
