CAD Drafter
Seeking a CAD Drafter to develop new and update existing SolidWorks CAD models and drawings of fleet vehicles and equipment.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop new and update existing SolidWorks CAD models and drawings of fleet vehicles and equipment.
- Update fleet CAD models and drawings for final as-built configuration upon fleet assets entering service.
- Maintain the Solidworks PDM database.
- Support development of the Engineering Order Documentation for fleet assets.
- Model and 3D print different components and parts in support of Transportation.
- Support Engineering team with asset specification, purchase, and service of equipment.
- Support other fleet engineering efforts as required.
Qualifications
- Experienced with Solidworks and PDM. Certified SW professional preferred.
- Effective at verbal and written communications.
- Experience with 3D printing.
- Familiarity with equipment purchase specifications.
- Familiarity with vehicles and heavy equipment.
- Familiarity with fleet operations or maintenance a plus.
