Examples include experience in a veterinary hospital, pet store, doggy daycare, grooming facility, kennel, animal shelter, zoo, or similar animal-care environment. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and genuinely enjoy interacting with people Are confident handling questions, concerns, and emotional situations with patience and compassion Can stay organized and composed while juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospital Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to help Are dependable, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team Are comfortable discussing pets, veterinary services, and client needs with confidence and professionalism Veterinary, medical, customer service, or administrative experience is a plus.
