Preferred Care Staffing is a trusted healthcare staffing agency serving facilities across New Jersey and New York city. We are currently seeking Respiratory Therapists (RTs) to join our staffing pool and work with a respiratory services provider in Yonkers, NY.

Position Overview:

As a Respiratory Therapist with Preferred Care Staffing, you will be assigned to one or more of the above facilities to provide respiratory care treatments and support to patients. Assignments are per diem, short-term, or long-term, depending on facility needs.

Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory care procedures and treatments
• Monitor and evaluate patient response to therapy
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff to support patient care
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Follow infection control and facility policies

Requirements:

• Current state Respiratory Care Practitioner License
• BLS Certification (ACLS preferred)
• Physical exam, immunizations, and PPD/QuantiFERON up to date
• Experience in subacute, long-term care, or acute care preferred
• Dependable, professional, and flexible for different shifts

Schedule & Location:

• Per Diem, contract, and ongoing assignments available
• Scheduling: Day and some nights

Pay:

• Competitive hourly rates: $48 – $50/hour (depending on assignment, shift, and experience)
• Weekly pay through agency
