Corporate Fleet Account Executive

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Corporate Fleet Account Executive to join our team. This key business development role focuses on expanding our vehicle leasing and finance services within the Tri-State territory, including Southern Indiana, Western Kentucky, and Southeastern Illinois. The ideal candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and skilled at building strong relationships to drive new business growth and maintain existing accounts, contributing to our company's strategic expansion efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new vehicle leasing and finance business through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and networking within the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients and existing accounts
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate closely with administrative, operations, and accounting teams to ensure seamless service delivery and account management
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's overall growth objectives
• Conduct presentations and negotiations to close sales and secure new business opportunities
• Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions within the Tri-State region

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the vehicle leasing or finance industry
• Strong outbound prospecting and cold-calling skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and internal teams
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals
• Knowledge of the Tri-State region's market dynamics and business landscape
• Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively
• High level of organization, time management, and CRM proficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required.
