ERP Project Manager
Vaco is hiring an ERP Project Manager for a direct hire role.
This role will support ERP implementations, system enhancements, and technology initiatives across the organization.
We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of project management experience who can keep projects organized, drive accountability, and work effectively with both business and technical teams.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate ERP and technology projects from planning through delivery
- Manage project schedules, risks, issues, and action items
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors
- Lead project meetings and provide status updates
- Support ERP implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvements
Requirements
- 2-5 years of project management or project coordination experience
- ERP project experience is required
- Experience supporting technology implementations or enterprise systems projects
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and keep projects on track
Preferred
- Experience with SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar ERP platforms
- Consulting, professional services, or client-facing project experience
- Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
- PMP, CAPM, or Scrum certifications are a plus
