Houseman (Maintenance/Groundsman)

What You Will Do?

• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the property is well-maintained and safe

• Assist in the upkeep of grounds, including landscaping and general cleaning duties

• Conduct inspections to identify maintenance needs and report them promptly

• Collaborate with other team members to complete maintenance projects efficiently

• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and management in a timely manner

Your Skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure high standards of property maintenance

• Ability to perform physical tasks and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with residents and team members

• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment for efficient task completion

• Problem-solving skills to address maintenance issues promptly and effectively

Pay Details: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour
