- 3-5 years of experience in application support or production support (digital/web platforms preferred).
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (written & verbal).
- Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills across multiple teams.
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence .
- Solid understanding of incident management and escalation processes .
- Service-oriented, structured, and accountable working style.
- Proactive mindset with focus on continuous improvement .
- Ability to responsibly leverage AI tools for analysis, communication, and efficiency.
- Background in banking or financial services .
- Knowledge of digital channels, authentication, or transaction support .
- Exposure to change/release processes .
- Experience working with distributed teams .
- Familiarity with AI-assisted support or knowledge management .
