Key part of our reconstruction department - working with the estimators, project managers and home owners helping bring projects of all sizes to completion. Job site management - assisting with scheduling and oversight of sub contractors Hands on carpentry - all aspects from trim to cabinets, emergency boards ups to punchlists. Role on the Team (Job Functions) Completion of work orders generated by the Pms Communicate directly with homeowners Assist PMS with delivery of materials Ensure compliance with standards and regulations. Participate in local community events. Build relationships with key customers – direct and B2B. Seek partnerships to improve performance with vendors and tradesman.
