Are you passionate about food production and looking to join a dedicated team? Juniper Meat Company is seeking a detail-oriented Culinary Operations Specialist to prepare our signature products.

In this role, you will be the backbone of our specialty production line. You will be responsible for the end-to-end preparation, cooking, and packaging of our craft meats. If you have a sharp eye for quality, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Production: Prepare and craft a variety of specialty items, including jerky, summer sausage, fresh sausage, brats, and breakfast links.

• Quality Control: Ensure all products meet our high standards for taste, texture, and appearance.

• Packaging: Efficiently package finished goods for retail and wholesale distribution.

• Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace throughout the production process.

Qualifications

• Strong time management skills and the ability to meet production deadlines.

• Exceptional attention to detail , especially regarding food safety and consistency.

• Highly organized and self-motivated.

• Reliability is essential as we approach our busy season.

Position Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time

• Compensation: $18–$20 per hour (based on experience)

• Start Date:

  • Training Period (Part-Time): Begins August 2, 2026

  • Full-Time Transition: Begins August 17, 2026 (coinciding with the start of hunting season)
