You will collect soiled laundry, lines and garments. Wash and dry laundry per instruction. Separate, fold and /or hang garments and deliver to respective areas. You take great care to enhance safety and sanitary conditions. You live up to the trust of those in your care by complying with applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations, maintaining knowledge of and following all company policies and procedures. Your WARM and FRIENDLY demeanor makes it easy for you to provide excellent customer service and build relationships with residents, their families, visitors and your colleagues. - Must have ability to follow written and oral instructions.
- Housekeeping or laundry experience preferred but not required. A willingness to learn as needed.
- Solid communication skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to read, write and speak English sufficient to perform job duties and to interact and communicate with residents, vendors and team members.
