Travel CT Technologist

Location: Rochester, NH 03867
Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Nights (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Schedule: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Setting: Hospital-Based Radiology Department

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced CT Technologist for a 13-week travel assignment in a hospital setting. The ideal candidate will be skilled in performing high-quality CT examinations, ensuring patient safety, and collaborating with the healthcare team to provide exceptional diagnostic imaging services.

Responsibilities

• Perform CT imaging procedures in accordance with physician orders and departmental protocols.
• Prepare and position patients for CT examinations while ensuring comfort and safety.
• Administer contrast media and perform IV-related procedures as required.
• Produce high-quality diagnostic images for interpretation by radiologists.
• Assist with stroke protocols, biopsy procedures, and general radiology support as needed.
• Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation within the electronic medical record and PACS systems.
• Operate and troubleshoot CT equipment while adhering to quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent CT Technologist experience in a hospital setting required.
• Active New Hampshire license required at the time of submission.
• Current ARRT (CT) certification required.
• Current BLS certification required.
• IV therapy experience required.
• Experience with stroke imaging protocols required.
• Experience assisting with biopsy procedures preferred.
• General X-ray experience required.
• Familiarity with GE CT scanners strongly preferred.
