Caregiver Opportunity

Caregiver / Personal Care Aide – Riverview, MI

CareOne Senior Care is currently hiring dependable and compassionate caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical support for clients in the Riverview area. Caregivers in this role assist individuals with daily living activities while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

This position is ideal for individuals who are reliable, patient, and able to work independently while following a care plan and communicating any changes in client needs to the office.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Support clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed

• Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning, dishes, and laundry

• Provide medication reminders as directed in the care plan

• Accompany clients to appointments or errands when required

• Maintain a safe and clean home environment

• Report any changes in client condition or behavior to the office

Schedule

• Flexible scheduling based on availability

• Full-time and part-time positions available

• Day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts may be offered

• Additional hours may be available based on client needs

Pay

• $14.00 – $17.00 per hour

• Pay is based on experience and level of care required

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

• Ability to pass a background check

• TB test required prior to employment

• Strong communication skills and professionalism

• Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks as needed

Work Environment

Caregivers will work one-on-one with clients in a home setting. This role requires reliability, punctuality, and the ability to work independently while following instructions and care guidelines provided by the office.
