Licensed Practical Nurse Coordinator

To support a growing organization, the full-time LPN Clinical Coordinator will manage and coordinate medical services for injured workers, collaborating with various stakeholders while working remotely from Monday to Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM Eastern Time. Key responsibilities: Coordinate treatment plans and ensure timely return-to-work outcomes for injured workers Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive quality case management Participate in quality assurance processes and identify areas for clinical improvement Required qualifications: Current LPN state licensure in good standing At least three years of clinical experience in relevant fields such as Orthopedics or Occupational Health Knowledge of injured workers' rights and confidentiality regulations Proficient in medical terminology and case management processes Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with excellent computer proficiency
