Role Description The Clinical Research Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale Area. This role is responsible for monitoring clinical trials, ensuring adherence to study protocols, and verifying accurate, compliant data collection at investigational sites. The CRA will conduct site visits, review regulatory and source documents, support investigators and site staff, and identify, document, and follow up on protocol deviations and corrective actions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating study logistics, manage IRB submissions, assisting with start-up activities, maintaining trial documentation, and collaborating with clinical operations, data management, and regulatory teams to support timely study execution. The role also involves contributing to quality assurance activities, participating in team meetings, and helping to implement best practices in clinical research. Qualifications Strong understanding of study Protocol and ability to ensure protocol compliance across multiple sites. Experience as a Clinical Research Associate and familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines. Knowledge of Clinical Trials processes, including start-up, monitoring, and close-out activities. Familiar with IRB research oversight, submissions, and policys. Demonstrated Research skills, including data verification, documentation review, and report writing. Background in Clinical Operations and collaboration with cross-functional clinical project teams. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, nursing, pharmacy, or a related field; advanced degree is an asset. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple studies or sites concurrently. Effective written and verbal communication skills and ability to build professional relationships with site staff. Proficiency with electronic data capture systems and standard office software; familiarity with regulatory requirements (FDA, ICH) is beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr ZEO ScientifiX
