Service Leader

Chipotle - 1073 Farmington Avenue - Responsibilities: Maintain a positive customer experience by ensuring safe and quality food is prepared and served; and that the restaurant crew is well trained and provides good customer service.; Maintain a clean, organized line with properly functioning line equipment.; Evaluate tasks when not busy and assist others with those tasks.; Help resolve food quality issues and customer incidents to ensure positive experiences.; Monitor crew breaks, shift changes, shift meetings, and line schedules; develop and cross-train front of house Crew; assist with crew performance reviews; develop future Service Leaders.; Assist with miscellaneous office administration duties such as banking, cash handling policies and responsibilities, and office paperwork; ensure office equipment remains in working order and supplies are ordered as needed.
