Responsibilities Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution Conduct legal research and prepare case strategy recommendations Handle depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Qualifications Active Texas Bar license in good standing Experience in civil litigation or insurance defense or general liability defense or premises liability or product liability or injury defense or civil defense litigation. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $200,000 annually . Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
