Salary: $22–$31/hr Shift: 1st Location: On-site, Milwaukee, WIJob Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess customer sales orders, including expediting and follow-up to ensure timely deliveryPrepare accurate quotes, pricing, and lead times in alignment with company policiesCoordinate release and shipment of parts orders as requiredRead and interpret parts manuals, drawings, and technical materialsProcess customer credits and warranty claims in compliance with manufacturer requirementsSource parts and manage vendor relationships to meet customer needsMaintain accurate records of orders, returns, and inventory transactionsCommunicate professionally with customers to build trust and satisfactionCollaborate with service and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operationsPerform additional administrative and support duties as assignedEducation RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED requiredTechnical or vocational training in parts management or related field preferredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities:3–5 years of experience in parts coordination or counter sales preferredStrong knowledge of construction or heavy equipment partsProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with CDK or similar ERP system a plusExcellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical diagrams and manualsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in order processingCustomer-focused attitude with commitment to service excellenceAbility to lift up to 40 pounds and work in a fast-paced environmentIf you are interested, please apply
