As a Team Member in the Culinary Innovation Center, your role will involve preparing, assembling, and packaging high-quality ingredients for our brand products. If you have a passion for creating quality meal items and enjoy collaborating with others in a food-focused environment, this is the right place for you!

• Produce, assemble, and package products while operating necessary machinery and equipment.
• Communicate completed actions to team members by accurately labeling containers and carts, filling out log sheets, and completing batch cards.
• Conduct quality checks and handle products appropriately to ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Adhere to food and human safety protocols, maintain equipment, and follow guidelines and labor laws to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Maintain open communication with management and colleagues to effectively address issues and ensure smooth operations.

• Experience in a manufacturing or factory setting.
• Background in a food production facility.
• Familiarity with food safety regulations.
