Join our production team and play a key role in delivering quality products every day. This is a hands-on opportunity where your attention to detail and teamwork will make a real impact in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. What will you do?

• Operate the welding, processing, and assembly equipment in the weld cell
• Read and follow written instructions
• Read and understand a part print
• Perform equipment set up and changeovers on all welders
• Monitor equipment performance and perform adjustments as needed to maintain quality
• Perform quality inspection using gauges and operate SPC software
• Use SAP software to complete order transactions
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment (5S)

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Ability to read and understand written materials
• Basic computer skills
• Dexterity to assemble small parts
• Ability to either stand or sit for 8 hours at a workstation
• Ability to work with others in a team environment
• Ability to work safely in manufacturing environment
• High School Diploma or GED required
