Fully Private Hospital | 20% ProSal | Equity Available | No On‑Call We are working with a highly respected, privately owned small animal hospital in Richardson, TX, seeking an experienced Veterinarian (minimum 2 years of experience) to join their growing team. The Role Provide high-quality care in small animal medicine. Perform routine soft tissue surgery and consultations. Work with an established and busy caseload from day one. Flexibility to focus more on surgery or consultations based on your interests. Schedule 4 days per week (Monday to Friday). Shift options: 8:00 am‑5:00 pm or 9:00 am‑6:00 pm. Alternate Saturday shifts (8:00 am‑1:00 pm or 12:00 pm‑5:00 pm). No Sundays. No on‑call or out‑of‑hours work. Facilities Digital radiography and digital records. Ultrasound and therapeutic laser. Dedicated surgical suites. High‑speed dental equipment. CryoPen. Ongoing investment in new equipment based on clinical interests. Support & Development Structured mentorship for the first 2 years. Ongoing clinical and professional development. Team with over 100 years of combined experience. Approximately 10 support staff per veterinarian. Highly experienced and long‑standing support team.
