Territory Manager - Northern California

Responsible to provide prospecting leads for our products within a defined territory. This is a hunting position. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The incumbent may be asked to perform other function-related activities in addition to the below-mentioned responsibilities as reasonably required by business needs. Identify and generate sales leads. Generate new revenue by identifying, engaging, and winning over prospective customers through strategic outbound sales efforts. Meets or exceeds sales metrics and key performance indicators. Partner with team members to drive territory performance and deliver on collective revenue goals. Maintain constant communication with manager and report all developments as they occur; i.e., customers, competition and market changes. Meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, annual sales goals. Gain and maintain expert-level product knowledge through internal/external training to effectively engage customers and accelerate sales growth. Includes company led training such as NSM, Internal Sales Meetings. Attends regional sales events and demo days. Embody and deliver the “Exceptional Everyday” Qualifications Education Education and experience combination: Bachelor’s degree is equivalent to three (3) years of experience Experience 1 to 3+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in an outside or field based sales environment. Demonstrated success prospecting and generating new business. Experience managing a territory and conducting face to face customer meetings strongly preferred. Proven history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Competitive, driven, coachable, and motivated to build a career in medical device sales. Skills Strong communication and organizational skills. Must be a self-starter, highly motivated and organized. Demonstrated sales accomplishments. Experience developing relationships with customers. Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
