Finance Manager

A leading credit-focused investment platform is seeking a highly motivated finance professional to support fund finance and structured credit operations. This role will focus on leverage facilities, structured products, liquidity management, and fund-level modeling across multiple strategies. The position offers broad exposure to financial reporting, portfolio monitoring, and fund strategy within a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The individual will work across multiple funds and legal entities and play a key role in supporting a growing platform. Responsibilities Support reporting and ongoing management of leverage facilities and structured products Coordinate borrowing and repayment activity with lenders, trustees, and administrators Maintain borrowing bases and oversee periodic reporting and waterfall calculations Monitor portfolio activity for compliance with credit facility requirements (eligibility, concentration limits, valuations) Manage communications with financing counterparties to facilitate approvals and transactions Build and maintain relationships with lenders and other external stakeholders Maintain internal dashboards, trackers, and reporting for senior management Assist with liquidity management and treasury planning across funds Support internal and external reporting requests, including ad hoc analyses Contribute to fund-level modeling, including returns, leverage scenarios, and portfolio optimization Assist in evaluating and enhancing leverage strategies Prepare diligence materials, loan tapes, and data for new financing arrangements Support ongoing diligence and information requests from lenders, investors, and other stakeholders Coordinate with auditors and administrators on procedures related to financing structures Qualifications Strong analytical and financial modeling skills Experience or exposure to fund finance, structured credit, or leveraged products preferred Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams and external parties Process-driven mindset with an interest in improving workflows and efficiency #J-18808-Ljbffr Mission Staffing
