DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:COOK ALL FRY AND BAKING ITEMS TO MENU EXPECTATIONS AND STANDARDS.COMPLETE OR ASSIST WITH SAUTE/WINDOW AND GRILL DUTIES AS APPLICABLE.ENSURE PROPER TIMING AND CONSISTENCY BY COMMUNICATING WITH SAUTE/WINDOW AND GRILL AS APPLICABLE.PRESENT FOOD IN WINDOW FOR FOH DELIVERY MAINTAINING THE HIGHEST STANDARDS AND CONSISTENCY AT ALL TIMES.AM SPECIFIC DUITES/RESPONSIBILITIESSTOCK/RE-STOCK LINE USING PROPER ROTATING AND LABELING PROCEDURES.CHECK FRYER(S) AND FILTER OR CHANGE IF NECESSARY.PM SPECIFIC DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIESFILTER BOTH FRYERS DAILY. CHANGE OIL IN FRYERS BASED ON POSTED FRYER SCHEDULE.PULL HOODS TO GO THROUGH DISH ONCE WEEKLY. PULL HALF ONE DAY, HALF THE NEXT DAY.COMPLETE REMAINING DAILY/WEEKLY CLEANING MAINTENANCE.
