Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $19.73 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to all persons at the location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities when appropriate. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site expectations. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the warehouse, distribution, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns. Monitor access points, trailer yards, dock areas, and/or parking locations while observing for suspicious behavior, policy violations, or operational disruptions. Support logistics and distribution operations by documenting daily activity, assisting with visitor and driver interactions, and communicating security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership. Minimum Requirements: A guard card and/or license is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
