The Family Medicine Physician will deliver comprehensive Primary Care services to patients of all ages. Key responsibilities include evaluating, diagnosing, treating, prescribing, and educating patients while collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary care team. This role will be highly visible within both the practice and the community, consistently fostering a positive experience for patients, staff, and leadership.

• Graduate from an accredited medical institution

• Completion of an ACGME- or AOA-accredited Family Medicine residency

• Ability to secure medical licensure in the state of practice

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine

  • Must achieve and maintain board certification within six years post-residency

  • Board certification recognized by the ABMS or AOA
