Territory Sales Assoc Manager

Zimmer Biomet seeks a Territory Sales Associate Manager in Omaha to support commercial growth for an innovative cryotherapy pain management product. This role connects field sales, customers, and internal functions to drive customer adoption, implementation, and retention across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide product overviews and educate prospective customers on iovera technology and support resources
• Coordinate new customer onboarding, account setup, and operational requirements through go-live
• Serve as liaison between field sales and internal functions to resolve customer issues and administrative barriers
• Support revenue cycle management including invoice disputes, past-due accounts, and financial barriers to ordering
• Identify trends and recurring operational or financial barriers requiring regional leadership attention

Requirements

• Experience in medical device or healthcare sales support roles
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate across multiple business functions
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills
• Understanding of billing, reimbursement, and revenue cycle processes
• Ability to manage complex customer needs and resolve cross-functional issues
