Industrial Material Handling Technician -- Baling & Shipping

Do you have 2+ years behind the wheel of a forklift? Are you comfortable around production machinery? Do you like fast-paced work where unloading, staging, and shipping all connect? If so, you’ll thrive here.

Schedule & Compensation

Hours: 2nd shift, 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
Pay: $18–$20 per hour (DOE)

What You Will Do

Operate a forklift and skid steer to unload inbound trucks
Move and stage rolls of paper and other materials for processing
Hand-cut materials to prep for shredding and baling
Transfer finished bales to staging and load outbound trailers
Support general production and warehouse operations as needed

Bring This Experience

2+ years of forklift operation
Ability to stand/walk for an 8-hour shift
Comfort working around moving equipment and machinery
Proficiency in: Warehouse Experience; Material Handler Experience; Loading and Unloading Vehicles

Tools of the Trade

Sit-down and reach forklifts
Box clamp and roll clamp attachments
Skid steer
