Entry Level Accounting/Billing Coordinator Temporary With Opportunities To Go Perm

All applicants must have Bachelors degree and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Responsibilities:
- Manage assignment of accounts for agencies billed accounts with low and medium complexity.
- Collaborate with internal business partners to resolve processing problems that could affect balancing.
- Manage exception processing for automatic payment withdrawals and agency payment enrollments.
- Meet or exceed customer and agent expectations for service quality by responding to internal and external customer inquiries promptly and completely.
- Ability to manage, create and format simple reports in Excel.
