Job Title: Operations Leader and Team Lead

Pay: $68,000-$70,000 starting salary, depending on experience

Help Shape the Future of Our Practice! Lenahan Chiropractic is growing, and we're looking for an Operations Leader and Team Lead who can support the ongoing growth and success of our practice, help elevate our team, strengthen operational processes, and increase accountability.

This is an opportunity to work closely with the Clinic Director to build systems that reduce reliance on any one individual by improving operational efficiency and strengthening the practice. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader who enjoys creating structure, solving challenges, helping others reach their potential, and strengthening the systems that support organizational growth.

Operations Leader and Team Lead Qualifications

Required

• Meaningful leadership and/or operations experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage people, create accountability, improve systems and processes, and take ownership of outcomes

Preferred

• 2–3 years of relevant leadership or management experience

Primary Responsibilities

Accountability and Team Leadership

• Facilitate regular team accountability and performance meetings.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Reinforce expectations, standards, and responsibilities across the team.
• Provide coaching and guidance to support professional growth.
• Promote a culture focused on ownership, teamwork, and results.

Growth and Organizational Development

• Strengthen internal processes and accountability systems.
• Help improve efficiency across the organization.
• Support the continued growth and long-term stability of the practice.

Team Development and Coaching

• Encourage professional growth among team members.
• Foster strong communication and collaboration.
• Help build leadership capabilities throughout the practice.

Operational Excellence

• Evaluate and improve office procedures and workflows.
• Support efficient execution of daily operations.
• Assist with developing, implementing, and refining SOPs.
• Review reporting processes and ensure accountability for follow-through.
