Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Outpatient experience as a licensed clinician is required

Shelbyville offers access to both bourbon country and outdoor recreation in central Kentucky.
