REPORTS TO: Principal JOB GOAL: Provides intensive academic and personal development assistance to assigned students. TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: Maximum of 16 hours per week. Salarydetermined by number of college hours earned. EVALUATION: Performance will be evaluated in accordance with provisions of the district evaluation plan.

PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists students in developing study skills. Works as a liaison between the student and teacher. Maintains tutorial records for individual students. Works to establish and maintain a positive rapport with students. Assists students with improving academic self-confidence. Assists in preparing the program evaluation. Serves as a positive role model for students. Performs other related duties as assigned.
