Data Scientist - Formulation & Product Development

Our client is seeking a Data Scientist - Formulation & Product Development to join their team. As a Data Scientist - Formulation & Product Development, you will be part of the Data Analytics Department supporting cross-functional teams.

Location: Clark, NJ (Onsite - 3 days per week)

Pay Range: $47.61 per hour

What's the Job?

• Support data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex datasets related to formulation and product development.
• Develop predictive models and statistical analyses to optimize formulation processes and product performance.
• Create and maintain data pipelines and workflows to structure laboratory and operational data for analysis.
• Design interactive dashboards and visualizations to effectively communicate insights to scientific and business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with formulation scientists, R&D teams, and digital stakeholders to translate scientific challenges into data science solutions.

What's Needed?

• Masters or PhD in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in data science, analytics, or machine learning roles.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R, with experience using relevant data science libraries.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning, and experimental data analysis.
