Shipping/Receiving Clerk

Responsible for completing all outbound customer shipments, receiving in all inbound material shipments, maintaining daily records of finished goods, and assist with tool assembly and packaging.

Job Functions and Responsibilities:

Accurately pick and pack all customer orders from assigned pick tickets

Work with Customer Service team on coordinating activities for all outbound shipments

Perform final quality inspections on outgoing product s

Receive in all inbound material shipments for accuracy, and stage to appropriate location

Accurately complete daily paperwork for reporting finished goods inventory

Monitor safety stock levels for supplies and materials

Conduct monthly cycle counts and work for planned full physical inventory counts

Assist on Production floor with tool assembly and packaging needs

Maintain a safe and clean work environment, and follow all safety guidelines and procedures

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Cooperatively take on other duties, roles or responsibilities as assigned

Skills/Experience Requirements:

Ability to work with hands, and operate small hand tools and packaging equipment

Ability to stand, walk or sit for lengthy periods of time depending on the task

High level of focus on accuracy, quality, and attention to detail

Ability to get to and from work on time every day per your schedule

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Strong time management skills, with the ability to efficiently multi-task

Strong communication skills

Creative thinking skills that can also identify opportunities and act independently without needing to be directed

Capable of working in a collaborative team environment that is dynamic, fast-paced, and may at times meet competing deadlines

Forklift certification a plus, but not required
