SUMMARYProvides medical and administrative assistance to members of the nursing team.RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIESAids physicians and nursing staff members as neededAssists with diagnostic tests and clinical procedures in accordance with his/her level of trainingPerforms EKGsObtains patient historyMonitors vital signsObtains non-invasive body fluid specimensAll other duties as assignedEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent.Graduate of an accredited Nursing Assistant Program or comparable program.Experience working in a physician office, clinic or ambulatory health care center.Must be CPR certified.PHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
