Now Hiring: Part-Time Maintenance Technician

We're seeking a reliable, hands-on Part-Time Maintenance Technician to assist our Full-Time Maintenance Engineer with the upkeep of our hotel. Duties include performing general repairs, completing preventative maintenance, responding to guest maintenance requests, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning property.

Qualifications:

Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
Ability to troubleshoot and complete routine repairs
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks
Must be available to work weekends
Previous maintenance or hotel experience is a plus, but not required
