Description

• Conduct evaluations for patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, crafting tailored treatment plans

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited institution

Certifications

• State licensure as a Physical Therapist
• Preferred CPR certification
• Additional certifications (e.g., for neurological or geriatric care) are advantageous but not mandatory

• Prior experience strongly preferred
