Program Manager-AviationHill International is seeking a Program Manager-Aviation in the United States.ResponsibilitiesPlans, organizes, controls, integrates and evaluates the work of assigned Client Programs/Projects to ensure that delivery of services comply with the contractual obligations defined by contract and industry standards.Manage major Aviation Programs and Project Teams to successfully implement and deliver assigned assignmentsPlans and evaluates performance of assigned directors, managers and staff.Monitors Hill's Client Project Assignments to ensure: Program/Projects assignments are carried out per contractual and industry standardsProgram/Project financial results meet both Client and Hill contractual expectationsProgram/Project delivery schedules adhere to client contractual requirementsAssess staffing abilities and identify the immediate and long range strategic hires necessary to achieve company goalsUnderstand the existing staffing resources and prepare plan to ensure industry leading staffingSupport recruiting and management of project staffUtilize existing Hill Intl training initiatives and adjust to align with the needs of the aviation industry, including development of additional curriculum to insure aviation staff competenciesProvide project management and construction management services and guidance for aviation specific buildings and airport facility projects for state, local, Federal Aviation Administration, third party developers (PPP/DBFOM), and commercial Airline clients.
