Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Starting Pay: $24.81 per hour
Wage Increases:

Additional $0.50 per hour upon hire
Additional $0.50 per hour after 60 days

Position Overview

Chardon Custom Polymer is seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Union Rubber Mill Operators. This position involves working in a manufacturing environment processing and handling rubber materials used in custom polymer production. Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting and follow all company and union work rules.

Responsibilities

Operate and assist with rubber milling and processing equipment
Handle, move, and process rubber materials as directed
Monitor product quality and production standards
Maintain a clean and safe work area
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Ability to work a 10-hour overnight shift
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Steel-toe shoes or boots required
