Shift: Sunday - Wednesday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Starting Pay: $24.81 per hour
Wage Increases:

• Additional $0.50 per hour upon hire
• Additional $0.50 per hour after 60 days

Position Overview

Chardon Custom Polymer is seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Union Rubber Mill Operators. This position involves working in a manufacturing environment processing and handling rubber materials used in custom polymer production. Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting and follow all company and union work rules.

Responsibilities

• Operate and assist with rubber milling and processing equipment
• Handle, move, and process rubber materials as directed
• Monitor product quality and production standards
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to work a 10-hour overnight shift
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Steel-toe shoes or boots required
