Litigation Attorney

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a Litigation Attorney in Corona, California, for a hybrid role. The position involves leading cases and managing litigation from start to finish, offering meaningful responsibility and client interaction. Duties Manage a commercial litigation caseload. Develop case strategy and lead matters through resolution. Take and defend depositions. Draft and argue motions. Represent clients in mediations and arbitrations. Prepare for and participate in trials when necessary. Communicate directly with clients and collaborate with attorneys and paralegals. Requirements At least five years of litigation experience. California Bar admission in good standing. Nevada Bar admission is a plus. Experience taking a lead role in trials or arbitrations preferred. Strong writing, advocacy, and case management skills. Ability to manage matters independently. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Admission to the California Bar. Skills Strong writing and advocacy skills.
