Travel Surgical Technologist - Ester, AK

Schedule/Hours:

• Full-time, 4 shifts per week
• 10-hour shifts
• Weekend, holiday, and on-call rotation as needed
• Floating as needed

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential required
• At least 2 years of recent professional experience in a similar setting
• Proficient in all surgical specialties; ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
• Strong knowledge of surgical instruments, sterile technique, and troubleshooting equipment

• Prepare for surgical procedures by selecting and verifying instruments and supplies
• Anticipate surgeon's needs, passing instruments and operating equipment during procedures
• Maintain sterile field, retract tissue, and ensure smooth workflow in the operating room
• Coordinate with surgical, biomedical, and ancillary teams for seamless case execution
• Participate in floating and on-call coverage as needed
