Covering 418 acres and holding more than 500 million gallons of water, this course carved from an abandoned coal mine culminates in The Gauntlet: four of the most difficult holes found anywhere in golf. WHAT YOU’LL DO As part of the Culinary team, your essential functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashing machines or by hand. Maintain kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in a clean, safe, and orderly condition. Operate and clean dishwashing machines and related equipment. Place clean dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment in designated storage areas. Sort and remove trash, placing it in designated pickup areas. Sweep, scrub, and wash floors, work tables, walls, refrigerators, and kitchen surfaces. Stock supplies such as food items, utensils, and service materials in appropriate storage locations. Prepare and package individual place settings as directed. Clean and prepare basic food items in support of kitchen operations. Receive, store, and rotate food and supply deliveries as assigned. Clean garbage cans and waste areas using water or steam. Load and unload trucks delivering food or supplies when required. Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas. Assist cooks with opening and closing duties using established checklists and standards. Adhere to all Dormie Network policies, food safety standards, and sanitation procedures. Work collaboratively with all employees to support an efficient and positive team environment. WHO YOU ARE Demonstrates an understanding of safe food handling procedures and kitchen sanitation practices. Exhibits strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Manages time effectively and meets assigned deadlines. Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Performs well in a fast-paced and occasionally high-pressure environment. Works independently in the absence of supervision while remaining a collaborative team member. Demonstrates reliability, professionalism, and a strong work ethic. Maintains confidentiality when handling sensitive or proprietary information. Demonstrates a commitment to cleanliness, safety, and operational excellence. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES None EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Minimum of three months of related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS Prolonged periods of standing and walking. Ability to bend, stretch, twist, and turn in kitchen and service areas. Ability to visually inspect kitchen areas, ingredients, and finished products for cleanliness and quality. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds. Ability to communicate effectively with others. Ability to operate kitchen equipment and basic computer or point-of-sale systems as required.
