They will be primarily meeting with business partners and project managers to determine scope and vision, set system goals, identify and resolve system issues, and lead prioritization of build items. While also communicating changes, enhancements, and modifications to stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.It will be seldom but this persons technical background will allow them to monitor data loads, configure the system and assist with testing when needed. They do not need to know how to code.*Strong business and analyst skills.*6-9 years experience in complex IT eCommerce Software and Hardware business requirements definition, process and business analysis* Written and verbal communication, documentation of requirements.* Extensive experience in eCommerce is required* Experience in retail is required* Experience working with Agile methodologies is required.* Some experience with WebSphere Commerce is required* Experience with checkout processes is a plus (Payment ID, payment processes, order capture, conversion optimization) *Experience with online Order Management* Experience with payment processing online is a plusAdditional Information** U.S. Citizens and those who are authorized to work independently in the United States are encouraged to apply.
