Life Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Travis Rodgers - State Farm Agent is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Life/Health Insurance Specialist. In this role, you'll help individuals and families protect what matters most by providing personalized life and health insurance solutions. Responsibilities include generating new business through networking, referrals, and lead follow-up activities; conducting needs-based conversations to identify appropriate life and health insurance solutions; educating clients on policy options, coverage benefits, and long-term protection strategies; building and maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers; reviewing existing coverage and identifying opportunities to better protect clients and their families; following up with prospects and clients to ensure an exceptional customer experience; staying current on industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory requirements; and maintaining accurate client records and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Qualifications include an active Life & Health insurance license, previous insurance sales experience preferred, proven ability to build rapport and develop lasting client relationships, strong communication, presentation, and consultative sales skills, self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and strong work ethic, ability to explain complex insurance concepts in a clear and relatable manner, excellent organizational and follow-up skills, and comfortable using CRM systems and agency technology platforms.

This is a remote position. Compensation: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year.
