A leading, physician-led GI group in Chantilly, Virginia, is seeking a full-time Gastroenterologist to support continued growth. This position offers a lifestyle-friendly schedule with no call responsibilities, robust clinical support, and top-tier compensation. It is an ideal opportunity for both experienced GIs and new graduates seeking a high-volume, patient-focused environment with a clear partnership track.
Practice Info
- 100% outpatient
- Scoping days: ~14 procedures
- Clinic days: ~20 patients
- 12 mid-levels & 14 physicians across the group
- EMR: G-Med (Modernizing Medicine)
- All major insurances accepted
Compensation
- Base salary: Mid $500Ks+ for new grads, Up to $600K+ for experienced
- Long-term earning potential: $700K – $1M+
- Productivity-based RVU bonus
- Partnership track available (terms discussed during interview)
- Sign-on bonus

Requirements
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in Gastroenterology
- Active Virginia medical license or willing to obtain
