The firm is active across all major real estate asset classes including multifamily apartments, luxury condominiums, single-family residences, retail, office, hotels, and industrial properties. The Investments Associate will serve as financial lead throughout the development process with a focus on investment and capital markets. Responsibilities include assisting in negotiating key financial agreements such as purchase and sale agreements, development agreements, operating agreements, and loan documents. The role supports due diligence for site acquisitions, including assessing financial feasibility, site conditions, and regulatory requirements, and assists in the financing process for site acquisitions. The Associate will underwrite new and existing projects, maintain and update financial models, and support the financing process with comprehensive analysis and risk management.Apply for this Position
